One-day Intensives

Slowing down and moving into our bodies through embodied practices asks us to live in depth, going deeper into the land of the sacred, the place where our intuition can guide us, becoming the space we need to listen, to hear, to respond to our body’s call for healing. These intensives will focus on activating our deep listening, discovering ways to move in a state of completion and continue exploring transitions as a potent navigational tool in our own lives. This engaged process is an embodied exploration of our wholeness as we experience it in and through our body using authentic movement, art, writing and moving myth.

Cassie offers regularly scheduled Moving Magic one-day intensives. All of the intensives take place each month. It is possible to participate in individual intensives, or for the whole cycle.

All the intensives are open to all levels of movers, with no experience required. They cover the themes of leadership, creativity, moving a full energetic cycle, and emerging relationships.

1-day Intensives:
11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Costs:
$120/intensive – includes art supplies.
