StoryBody: Moving Into Wholeness

Come breathe, move, sound, and attend to your creative nature, radically expanding your awareness of the birthright of your dimensionality.

Story Bodies: Moving Into Wholeness

Most human beings live their lives within a less-than-fully-dimensional experience of their wholeness.  The inevitable result is a less-than-full experience of being human, a flattening, a living into the belief/story that we simply cannot express the fullness of who we are in our daily lives.  Our lives are held captive within the stories we tell ourselves, our lack of understanding of how these stories move in our bodies and the knowledge of how to free ourselves from these stories and live the life we are here to live!

These intensives expand dimensionality by expanding understanding – by exposing, then transforming, the way we move, think about and imagine ourselves.  Each intensive naturally leads to a richer and more lush experience of life, of soul, and our capacity to live in freedom.

The modalities of learning in each intensive will be breath, movement, and sound as well as ritual, authentic movement, emotional release, intentional creativity and work in small groups with other participants.

THE INTENSIVES:

June 9, 2023 – June 14, 2023 AND August 11, 2023 – August 16, 2023

These intensive can be taken individually or together and, when possible, there is tremendous benefit to taking them in conjunction with any of the one-day Moving Magic offerings.

The weekend begins Friday evening at 7:00 and ends Wednesday at 3:00.  The cost of the program includes art supplies and one shared meal each day. You are responsible for finding your own accommodations though we do have a limited capacity to house a few people. The details of this are on the registration page.

To maximize intimacy and trust the intensive is limited to twelve participants and is held at Seed Pod Retreat Center in Sonoma County – 11 wooded acres on a secluded river two hours north of San Francisco between Calistoga and Healdsburg. We will meet in a beautiful outdoor studio so dress comfortably and in layers. There is an outdoor kitchen and refrigerator available for your use.

Upon completion of each intensive you may expect to:

  • Experience an increased sense of flow in your daily life.
  • Deepen your relationship to movement as a listening practice.
  • Have an enhanced experience of your own creativity
  • Incorporate movement and other skills learned in the intensive in your daily life.
  • Develop a clear sense of your essence as a navigational tool in life.
  • Learn to articulate describe, and use energetic phenomena as they are experienced in the body.
  • Understand how to use yourself in service to health and healing in community.

Cost:  $800.00/intensive.
This includes art supplies and a shared meal each day.

The class size is limited to 12 and this will fill quickly.  If you are interested, please send in your registration form with payment to insure your spot. If you are in need of financial assistance, please send an email to: cassie@seedpods.org.  and she will get back to you.
